The team is dedicated to establishing Walmart as a leading destination for auto services by operating exceptional Auto Care Centers and fostering strong partnerships with store operators. They prioritize comprehensive training for the ACC team and the integration of innovative technology to enhance both customer and associate experiences. Focused on improving service quality and operational efficiency, the team drives continuous improvements and supports the adoption of new tools and processes. Their collaborative approach ensures effective communication and alignment with business goals, delivering consistent value and excellence in auto care operations.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
