POSITION TITLE: Senior Product Manager, EMR
POSITION LOCATION: San Carlos, CA; Austin, TX; or Remote, USA
Position Summary
The Senior Product Manager, EMR is part of the Provider Experience product team and will be accountable for developing a suite of EMR solutions to drive clinical decision-making. They will be responsible for identifying and executing on value-add EMR solutions for our customers across our three business units (Oncology, Organ Health, Women’s Health) that allow customers to more easily make Natera products a standard of care, streamline the end-to-end clinician workflow, and address current pain points. They will own Natera’s “EMR 2.0” roadmap and will be accountable for identifying KPIs and reporting out on product metrics to executive/C-level stakeholders.
This role will partner closely with Sales, the EMR Growth Strategy & Implementation team, and Commercial Operations & Support to drive the EMR 2.0 strategy to deliver capabilities that will drive growth and retention with Natera. Primary Responsibilities
Identify opportunities to determine where we should invest resources for EMR-related capabilities
Drive product strategy, road mapping, requirements definition and delivery of EMR value-add solutions, including defining end-to-end workflows for end users and impacted teams (e.g. Customer Support)
Partner with cross-functional teams internally (and potentially with customers) to implement solutions that enhance provider experience and are scalable
Provide updates to executive leadership
Qualifications
Deep understanding of EMR and how different EMR vendors operate, especially Epic
3+ years of experience in digital or tech product management with previous experience working with EMRs in healthcare, healthtech or biotech
Experience in clinic/business operations and workflows
5+ years of professional experience
Proven ability to work with cross functional teams and build rapport with key stakeholders
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Flexible, and agile; willingness to tackle any type of challenge; highly motivated to roll up sleeves and get work done while also thinking strategically
