Description:

Senior Associate collaborating with the Head of Corporate Development and will be responsible for origination, analysis and execution of investment opportunities for the Airport’s Division.

Functions:

  • Prepare case studies, market research, profiles, short and long investment presentations.
  • Performing preliminary analysis, valuation, and financial modelling of potential investment opportunities.
  • Assisting in organization, planning and execution of due diligence workstreams on public tender bids and M&A processes.
  • Assist in advisers’ selection. Coordinating, and contributing to specific work streams on business plan preparation, structuring of financing, etc.
  • Preparing documents for internal committees’ approvals and strategic presentations, as well as participating and presenting in those meetings.
  • Supporting transaction documentation review and execution at financial close. 
  • Assisting origination efforts and contributing to other tasks assigned by Corporate Development colleagues.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Economics, Business Administration or Engineering.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance or business development in multinational companies in the infrastructure or utilities sector.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Experience in financial modeling, valuation, preparation of investment materials and recommendations as well as knowledge of M&A process is essential.
  • International experience and Project Finance knowledge is valuable.
