This job is primarily responsible for providing operational support to supervisors and managers to achieve established team, department and business goals. Under the guidance of the Management team, they will be responsible for assisting the supervisors in managing and tracking the overall performance of their employees via operational administrative support. The role would also require the ability to interface and communicate with all levels of employees as well as time management, organizational skills, and data tracking/analyzing abilities.

This is an onsite role within our Lewisville TX facility.

 

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Assists the supervisors/managers in tracking and documenting staff 
    attendance (tardies/absences) across all shifts
  • Fieldglass and Workday Administration - staffing support of supervisors and 
    managers, partnering with Talent Acquisition team and KOCG to open and approve requisitions
  • Work with Supervisors and Recruiters to coordinate interviews, track 
    existing openings and communicate final decision
  • Tech Talk Compliance Training - Coordination of compliance training
    and reporting
  • Assign and manage the locker distribution to all employees across shifts
  • Prepare, track and analyze monthly workforce reports and site metrics
  • Monitor time tracking systems (Kronos, Work Records) for any 
    irregularities (e.g., missing schedules, missing punches, negative PTO 
    etc.) and work with the supervisors to make the necessary changes
  • Perform new or refresher training to the supervisors on time tracking 
    systems
  • Onboarding logistics - work with the supervisors to complete, monitor 
    progress and track onboarding logistics for all new hires
  • Assist the supervisors in documenting and reporting all safety incidents 
    and work-related injuries to Safety Manager
  • Monitoring and coordinating various systems access (CVision, Great 
    Plains, UnitTracker etc.) for new hires and terminated employees
  • Actively participate as an Operation Engagement Champion in the site 
    activities
  • Work with Supervisors and HR Partner to document and track monthly 
    site recognitions
  • Coordination of internal transfers of staffing between shifts
  • Assist the supervisors in tracking key performance indicators (KPI)

 

What are the requirements needed for this position? 

  • 1-year experience in a customer service function
  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative/clerical role in service 
    of an hourly paid workforce
  • 2+ years of Advance Excel experience

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to interact effectively and positively with all levels 
    of company personnel as well as external personnel
  • Relentless attention to detail in a fast paced multi-dimensional 
    organization
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Must be available to work extra hours and Saturdays as needed
  • Bilingual a plus (Spanish)

Pay Range:

$20.03 - $33.05

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
