Qualifications:
Minimum of six (6) months of experience in housekeeping or cleaning role is preferred.
Excellent guest service and hospitality skills are required.
Able to work in both indoor and outdoor environments as required.
Must be able to stand, stoop, bend and walk for prolonged periods of time.
Ability to regularly push, pull, lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally with team members, leaders and guests required.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, nights, weekends and holidays as required.
Responsibilities:
Provide support to the Room Attendants by removing dirty linens, trash and recycle from housekeeping carts. Bring trash to compactor at the end of the day.
Ensure excellent condition of equipment, and maintain clean, organized and stocked storage rooms with cleaning supplies, linen, and amenities.
Maintain cleanliness of guest areas and elevators, ice and vending machine, stairwells, community laundry rooms, vacuuming guest hallways daily and complete special projects as assigned.
Operate a Smartphone device to access assignments and submit, respond, follow and close work orders assigned.
Other duties as assigned.
