Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will collaborate with the team to ensure successful project delivery and contribute to key decisions. Your typical day will involve analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing solutions, and troubleshooting application issues. You will also engage with multiple teams and provide problem-solving solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of the Pega Platform and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Troubleshoot and resolve application issues. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback. - Document technical specifications and system designs. - Participate in system testing and debugging activities. - Assist in the deployment and implementation of applications. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Pega Platform. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Pega Robotics Process Automation (RPA). - Strong understanding of business process management and workflow concepts. - Experience in designing and implementing Pega applications using PegaRULES Process Commander (PRPC). - Knowledge of Pega frameworks and methodologies. - Familiarity with Pega integration services and tools. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Pega applications. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Pega Platform. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
