We will count on you to:
Design and develop HR systems (job grading, promotion frameworks, evaluation processes, and compensation structures etc.)
Benchmarking HR systems against leading companies to ensure best practices.
Researching talent management trends, pay practices, and policies for specific clients and within the broader marketplace.
Gathering financial data, developing peer groups, and utilizing Mercer's proprietary technology to run reports and extract market data for analysis.
HR Project Report documentation
Organization transformation and Change Management
What you need to have:
5+ years of working experience in HR
Prior experience as a consultant at an HR consulting firm or demonstrated expertise in designing and managing HR systems within a large corporate environment is preferred.
Good English communication skill is preferred
Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
