We are seeking a talented individual to join our Sr. Talent Strategy Consulting Analyst at Mercer. This role will be based in the Seoul.

We will count on you to:

  • Design and develop HR systems (job grading, promotion frameworks, evaluation processes, and compensation structures etc.)

  • Benchmarking HR systems against leading companies to ensure best practices.

  • Researching talent management trends, pay practices, and policies for specific clients and within the broader marketplace.

  • Gathering financial data, developing peer groups, and utilizing Mercer's proprietary technology to run reports and extract market data for analysis.

  • HR Project Report documentation

  • Organization transformation and Change Management

What you need to have:

  • 5+ years of working experience in HR

  • Prior experience as a consultant at an HR consulting firm or demonstrated expertise in designing and managing HR systems within a large corporate environment is preferred.

  • Good English communication skill is preferred

  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
