Locations: CVS Health follows a hybrid work model providing office-based colleagues the ability to flex between working in the office and working from home based on the work you need to accomplish. Various locations available and will be confirmed during conversations with the recruiter.
Staring Salary: $125,000
*Work visa sponsorship is available for this role. This includes participation in Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), and F-1 Visa programs.

The Enterprise Data & Machine Learning – Data Platform team facilitates and enhances advanced analytical decision-making capabilities across CVS business units. We do so by strategically leveraging cloud and big data technology and infrastructure that automates analytic tasks and makes data insights faster, deeper, and more accessible.
What you will do
You will be assigned to an agile delivery team focused on developing digital cloud solutions, powered by big data. This is a hands-on technology role where you and your team will be responsible for developing and driving critical initiatives for CVS Health. You will deliver on technology initiatives in a fast-paced organization while building trusted relationships with peer groups and business partners.
Your opportunity will be to own a concept, develop a plan and deliver high quality software solutions. You will be in a position to demonstrate your leadership and independence as you work to enhance customer and associate experiences.
Required Qualifications
Meet educational requirements (see Education section)
Experience designing and building software applications with proficiency in one or more modern programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud development
Experience in high-performance, large, high-scale distributed systems using APIs and streams to communicate
Experience in UI Frameworks such as NodeJS, Angular and React is a plus
Experience with triage and identification of functional, performance and scaling opportunities
Working experience of CI/CD pipeline, GIT, Artifactory, Jenkins, etc.
Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and influence an audience of their peers
Experience encouraging teamwork and a positive environment to improve team effectiveness
Experience being resourceful and quickly and successfully adapting to change
Have an interest in obtaining a full-time position within CVS Health
Education
Currently pursuing a Master’s degree program with an expected graduation date between December 2024 and August 2025
Preferred majors include Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology/Management, Information Systems
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$86,520.00 - $173,040.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
