Job Description:

• You will be a key piece of the team! Your tasks will be:

• Management of the digital Portfolio tool, validating information on the development, monitoring and implementation of projects, ensuring data quality.
• Change management accompanying internal users in the resolution of doubts about the digital tool and the process for the implementation of projects.
• Support in the preparation of executive presentations on the progress of projects. Monitoring, calculation and reporting of operational indicators (KPIs) and other project progress indicators.
• Consolidation, monitoring and updating of information and sharing with stakeholders of the DGSII IT and Innovation Budget and its revisions, taking into account financial variables such as business indicators, benchmarks and market ratios.
• Review and follow-up of monthly closings, anticipating possible deviations and risks and proposing lines of action and improvement: review of FRIS, cost transfers between budget lines, allocations, etc.
• Adaptation of the monthly closing and budget templates for uploading to the budget management tool.

• Our ideal profile:

• Bachelor´s degree in engineering, business administration, mathematics, economics or similar
• B2-C1 level of English
• High level of office package
• Management of Jira is an asset
• Management of PowerBI is an asset
