This position serves as Brand Lead for near-launch autoimmune products, shaping brand strategy and leading cross-functional launch execution to maximize patient impact and commercial success. The role translates global strategy into a compliant local go-to-market plan, including positioning, messaging, segmentation/targeting, omnichannel activation, and launch readiness across Commercial, Market Access, Medical, Regulatory, Quality, Supply/Logistics, and Finance. The Brand Lead owns key brand deliverables such as brand plan, launch plan, forecast inputs, performance metrics, and post-launch optimization. The position proactively identifies risks and opportunities, drives decision-making through insights and scenario planning, and ensures disciplined execution of launch milestones. The role requires strict adherence to compliance standards at all times—particularly during the pre-launch phase—ensuring that all activities are conducted within regulatory boundaries and that a clear operational separation is maintained between Commercial and Medical functions.
