The Position

Position - Partner - BD & Alliances

Location - Location Agnostics

Your Opportunity

You will support the affiliate in developing new alliances, manage complete partnership operations for the active alliances and provide commercial support for the products that are outsourced to partners

Partnership Management:

  • Be the Roche SPOC for the business partner for overall alliance management

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across functions to drive key initiatives that are critical for ensuring smooth partnership operations

  • Co-create solutions for the challenges that arise from partnership operations

  • Project management of critical partnership activities

  • Business planning for the partnership portfolio and assess the potential impact of important market events on the performance of the partnership brands

  • Ensure implementation of the monthly governance process

Commercial support:

  • Co-create annual brand plans with business partners and support in implementation

  • Leverage Roche’s global resources and medico-marketing material available for the partnership brands

  • Develop launch strategy with the partner for any new products / indication expansions that are planned to be introduced  

Business Development:

  • Identify newer areas of collaboration with existing / new partners

  • Perform a thorough assessment of potential partners and the proposals

  • Support in the discussions / negotiations with new partners

  • Once partnership decisions are finalized, drive the overall partner onboarding process

Who You Are

  • 3 to 4 years of experience in Healthcare consulting

  • Experience from consulting background/Pharma organizations would be an added advantage

  • MBA from Tier 1 university

  • Collaborative approach is must in this position
