  • People Leadership Develop and implement comprehensive People practices for Leasing Advisory and Capital Markets business operations in India, ensuring seamless integration with overall business objectives. Execute all aspects of the employee lifecycle including engagement initiatives, talent acquisition and retention, performance management systems, learning and development programs, and proactive attrition management strategies.
  • Business Partnership and Problem-Solving Apply innovative thinking and solution-focused approaches to address complex people challenges alongside business leaders. Make strategic decisions throughout the complete employee journey while effectively balancing competing business priorities and organizational needs.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration and Strategic Alignment Cultivate robust partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless alignment between business strategy and people initiatives. Drive integrated approaches that support both organizational goals and employee success.
  • Resource Management and Compliance Oversee staffing strategies, and budget management aligned with business requirements while maintaining JLL's core values and established processes. Provide expert guidance on local labor regulations to support compliant business decision-making and people processes.
  • Project Leadership and Team Development Lead strategic business projects in partnership with senior leadership while providing clear direction and development opportunities for both direct and indirect HR teams. Foster team growth and career advancement to build organizational capability.
  • Decision-Making and Program Delivery Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities to make well-informed, timely decisions in dynamic business environments. Design and deliver large-scale, multi-country programs that drive organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction
