Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands ensuring that development standards are maintained consistently, while focusing on scalability and performance to meet evolving business goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous evaluation of software quality are integral parts of the daily routine, fostering innovation and alignment with organizational objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize software development processes and delivery timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Hexagon Intergraph SmartPlant.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to custom software development.
- Experience in leading software development teams and managing project delivery in complex environments.
- Ability to analyze and optimize software performance, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Hexagon Intergraph SmartPlant.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
