About This Opportunity 

We are seeking multiple highly motivated, experienced and multi-talented Project Manager to coordinate the delivery of a Digital Health projects. This position is responsible for a range of activities across the relevant phase of project delivery, including (but not limited to) coordinating project plans, implementing project monitoring and evaluation mechanisms; ensuring project outcomes are delivered on time and within budget; engaging with key stakeholders and overseeing the project budget

Key responsibilities will include: (Maximum 3-4 points)

  • Lead project planning and advise on efficient delivery, ensuring alignment with project goals.

  • Manage tender processes, vendor evaluations, and procurement compliance.

  • Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to time, cost, and quality objectives.

  • Lead stakeholder engagement and provide regular updates to the Project Steering Committee.

About You

  • Bachelor Degree in a relevant health discipline with at least 4 years subsequent relevant experience and/or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or training.

  • Demonstrated experience in a project management role of similar scale and scope.

  • Current knowledge of best-practice/leading project management methodologies and frameworks, such as Prince 2.

  • Demonstrated project planning experience, including the ability to prioritise tasks, work to tight deadlines, anticipate future requirements and resolve issues.

  • Excellent time management skills, including the ability to balance competing priorities within tight timeframes.

  • Advanced written and oral communication skills.

  • Experience in a Digital Health environment would be desirable.

The successful candidate may be required to complete a number of pre-employment checks, including: right to work in Australia, criminal check, education check and mandatory immunisations
