Summary: As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, you will engage in high-impact activities throughout the systems development lifecycle. Your typical day will involve advising and leading teams, collaborating with various stakeholders, and providing strategic insights to enhance the IT function. You will be instrumental in driving projects forward and ensuring that best practices are followed to achieve optimal results. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth. - Analyze project requirements and align team efforts to meet organizational goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter C2M SPL. - Strong understanding of systems development lifecycle methodologies. - Experience in stakeholder management and communication. - Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions. - Familiarity with project management tools and techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter C2M SPL. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
