Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Senior Associate) 6 month FTC

Location: Hybrid (Home & Office)
Function: Talent Acquisition, International HR

About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our International Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about candidate experience, enjoys working in a fast‑paced, multinational environment, and thrives on operational excellence.

You will play a critical role in supporting recruiters and hiring managers by ensuring the recruitment process runs smoothly from interview scheduling through to offer, onboarding, and beyond. You will also contribute to process improvement initiatives and data quality across our TA systems and will experience strong exposure to a broad range of stakeholders across the McKesson business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting a team of Recruiters by guiding candidates through the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including:
    • Interview scheduling  across multiple timezones
    • Candidate screening and communication with next‑step guidance
  • Branding & Marketing: Support recruitment marketing activities by creating and posting engaging job adverts on LinkedIn and other platforms, including the use of branded graphics and visual content. Ensure adverts are clear, accurate, and aligned with employer branding guidelines

  • Participating in testing and rollout of new TA processes, automation initiatives, and system enhancements
  • Act as a first point of contact for candidates, managing and resolving escalations professionally and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and administer the hiring process within Workday
  • Rotate through core TA Operations activities, including:
    • Referral programme administration
    • Contractor conversion processes
    • Vendor point of contact  
  • Support financial and operational tasks such as:
    • Purchase order creation
    • Invoice reconciliation against contracts and budgets
  • Produce ad‑hoc reports and support data audits to improve system accuracy and reporting quality
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders including HR Operations, Hiring Managers, HRIS, IT, Immigration, Compensation, and Legal teams

What We’re Looking For

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a corporate, multinational environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Intermediate Excel skills and confidence working with data

Desirable Experience

  • Experience using Workday recruiting tool  or similar ATS
  • Exposure to scheduling tools, CRM systems, and onboarding platforms
  • Experience with Smartsheet and AI‑enabled tools (e.g. Copilot) is an advantage

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.  In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered. 

Our Base Pay Range for this position

€41,700 - €69,500
