As the Sr. Sales Operations Analyst, your mission is to connect people, processes, and data. Our ideal candidate thinks two steps ahead, is a true team player keen to support deals to closure and can work under pressure without losing sight of the details and corporate guidelines.

Your Mission:

  • Support the Director of Sales Operations and collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to guide process improvements pertaining to account planning, the sales funnel, reporting, and sales training
  • Continuously improve Salesforce.com data quality, tackle data conflicts, and identify reporting issues, gaps in processes, and drive timely resolution
  • Prepare ad-hoc analysis and contribute to Go-To-Market activities (territory planning, quota setting, account segmentation) and sales compensation schemes
  • Ensure forward deal momentum; troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve any issues
  • Proactively assess, analyze, and advise the Sales Leadership team on areas of opportunity within their region, where focus may be required, and consult on the best approach to identified areas

What you need to succeed:

  • 5+ years of sales operations, FP&A or related experience, preferably with a scale-up technology company selling solutions and services in a recurring revenue business model
  • Advanced skills in Google Sheets or MS Excel are essential, including advanced formulas, conditional formatting, pivot tables, and charting. Skills with VBA or macros are not required.
  • Salesforce.com experience, specifically with creating reports and dashboards, championing data quality, and opportunity hygiene
  • Organized, detail-oriented, motivated, and persistent with excellent diplomatic and persuasion skills
  • Customer service focus, including the ability to deliver multiple priority projects with high customer satisfaction in a rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently under changing conditions and timelines
