The CSIS Analyst is a developing professional role. Applies specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data. Identifies policy gaps and formulates policies. Interprets data and makes recommendations. Researches and interprets factual information. Identifies inconsistencies in data or results, defines business issues and formulates recommendations on policies, procedures or practices. Integrates established disciplinary knowledge within own specialty area with basic understanding of related industry practices. Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area. Develops working knowledge of industry practices and standards. Limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided. Impact of the job holder is restricted to own team.

Responsibilities:

  • This role will manage projects and programs related to intelligence, governance, budgets and financing, technology, training, communications, reporting, risk and control management
  • This job will drive results and accountability across all levels of the global team, while encouraging high standards and stressing the importance of continuous improvement
  • Conduct data-driven analyses and prepare reports; apply quantitative data analysis methods; conduct data exploration in relation to transactional data as well as internal business indicators
  • Apply measurement practices to organize, analyze, and interpret data related to provide actionable information to decision maker
  • Proactively analyze threats that create a risk to the company, its employees, shareholders, assets and clients
  • Identify and report on operational events and trends, tactical assessments of current and future threats, operational, tactical and strategic recommendations to counter those threats.
  • Develop, analyze and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and key risk indicators (KRIs) for the existing business model
  • Ensure these KPIs and KRIs are aligned to the business model and modified in lines with changing business objectives.
  • Ensure appropriate methodology is selected to draw conclusions and make recommendations answering specific business needs.
  • Create succinct narrative reports, presentations, visual mapping and link charts or similar diagrams to report analytical assessments
  • Display data and the results of analysis in clear straightforward business report that can be understood by non-technical readers
  • Provide written explanations of approach and analysis in plain language that supports the conclusions and observations.
  • Take ownership in projects and make suggestions for improvement
  • Proactively work to identify, communicate, and resolve project issues and risks that interfere with project execution
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.


Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years relevant experience
  • Undergraduate degree in a STEM major (US Only)
  • Technical experience solving big data challenges
  • Experience in coordinating projects simultaneously with daily duties
  • Can perform all-source analysis
  • Analytical experience in open source intelligence, intelligence targeting, or have worked in law enforcement intelligence community
  • Experience as a fraud Investigator, Cyber professional or Security professional with excellent analytical mindset
  • Certifications from EC-Council, GIAC, (ISC)² [CISSP, C-EH, GCIA, CCNA] or graduate certification(s) in relevant technical or specialty areas
  • Depending on the role: General understanding of I.T. network and application analysis; experience in open source media and utilizing visualization software applications. Specifically link analysis e.g. Link Explorer, I-2 or ESRI; experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, and Data Marts/Data Warehouses; excellent programming and statistical/data analytical skills (VBA, R, Python)
  • Knowledge of SAS

Descripción      

El Supervisor del Centro de Comando es el principal responsable de supervisar las operaciones diarias del equipo de analistas asignados, garantizando la aplicación eficaz de los protocolos de atención en la recepción de llamadas de emergencia de los 40,000 empleados de México, recepción de alarmas y monitoreo de CCTV. Proporciona responsabilidad de liderazgo y supervisión para los equipos operativos. Es responsable de la primera línea de respuesta en la atención de eventos de alto impacto y crisis, así como la elaboración de reportes (Sitreps). Garantiza el correcto funcionamiento de los sistemas, equipos de cómputo y telefonía instalados en RCC, detectando y reportando fallas para la solución con diversas áreas de apoyo.

                           

             

Objetivo y Funciones   

•            Coordinar las actividades de los analistas dentro del Centro de Comando Regional, para garantizar la correcta aplicación de los protocolos de atención

•            Puntual seguimiento a proyectos asignados

•            Solución y toma de decisiones inmediatas en eventos relevantes

•            Garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de los sistemas, equipos de cómputo y telefonía instalados en RCC, detectando y reportando fallas para la solución con diversas áreas de apoyo

•            Elaborar los roles de turno

•            Garantizar mediante la supervisión la atención en tiempo y forma de alarmas y llamadas telefónicas

•            Realizar análisis de eventos relevantes con el fin de determinar una buena o mala atención de un protocolo de atención

•            Capacitar al personal de nuevo ingreso.

•            Elaborar y actualizar los procesos de atención

•            Escalamiento oportuno de cualquier situación relevante

•            Juntas con áreas internas del Banco para apoyo en su operación

•            Juntas con áreas internas de CSIS para apoyo en su operación  

•            Establecer las metas del personal a su cargo, así como realizar las evaluaciones correspondientes      

•            Apoyar la entrega de información de MCA o Auditorias

•            Proponer mejoras en la operación        

•            Supervisar y garantizar el correcto envío de información a otras áreas a través de los medios disponibles

•            Coordinar acciones de respuesta ante eventos relevantes o crisis que se registran en el RCC

•            Supervisar y garantizar el correcto envío de Sitrep´s y Flash

•            Vincular a su equipo con el resto del departamento mediante la comunicación asertiva con el fin de establecer un sólido equipo de trabajo

•            Disponibilidad 24/7 para atender casos de emergencia o crisis que se presentan en el RCC

Escolaridad:

Licenciatura terminada (titulado)

  • Funciones Operativas de seguridad, 3 años de experiencia
  • Flexibilidad y total disponibilidad para rolar turnos, horarios y días de descanso    
  • Excelente manejo de PC y paquetería Office
  • Manejo de Sistemas de Seguridad.
