We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Professional Leader for our Growth and Enterprise customer segments. This key leadership role will report to the VP, Professional Services and will be responsible for ensuring successful customer implementations, driving operational excellence, and fostering strong relationships across the organization.
The Professional Services team is part of a tightly integrated commercial organization that is responsible for the end-to-end customer experience from initial sale and implementation through ongoing application support, success, and expansion.

The Professional Services team is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. This customer-facing role is essential for scoping, configuring, and supporting seamless integrations between our customers’ CRM and ERP systems and our platform, as well as product implementations. The role requires both technical proficiency and thorough understanding of how our customers leverage their CRM and ERP systems. The individual will work closely with customers, taking a consultative approach to understand their requirements and providing expert guidance to ensure our solutions are effectively tailored to meet their needs.
You must have an eligible work permit in the USA or Canada to be considered for this position.
