Job Description

Perform several electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies. Determine or follow methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units. Make setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications. Reporting issues to the PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR.

Your Responsibilities:

• Implement production plans
• Fulfill tasks and goals outlined by the supervisor
• Compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and principles
• Quality control of manufactured components
• Ensure good work organization
• You clean the workstation and machines after completing work. b. Maintains the cleanliness and technical condition of assigned tools
• Operate the production line, working with and setting up equipment within the production line. Mechanical and electrical assembly of products based on plans, drawings, diagrams, and procedures.
• Perform tasks assigned by the supervisor
• Ensure the quality of manufactured products and their control within the scope of the assembly technician's responsibilities
• Report technical and quality problems on the lines and attempting to resolve them independently or with the support of the leader, quality assurance staff, maintenance personnel, and engineers
• Complete all quality, quantity, and technical documentation required for the position
• Comply with quality, technological, occupational health and safety, environmental, and customer requirements instructions.
• Providing those creating instructions with information that can improve/improve the production process while ensuring compliance with requirements.
• Maintain the cleanliness and technical condition of assigned equipment, tools, and workstations.
• Collaborate with substitutes to ensure smooth and trouble-free check-in and check-out of work stations.
• Collaborate with support departments (quality, warehouse, maintenance, engineering) to resolve issues and implement improvements.

• Monitor machine operation and conduct regular technical inspections.
• Perform minor repairs, malfunctions, and maintenance of machinery.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental protection standards.
• Collaborate with the production team to improve production processes.
• Delegate to other positions.
• Report any irregularities and breakdowns.
