CAA Executive Search is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Research Associate to join the team to support with recruiting C-level and senior executives, non-executive directors, and board-level executives around the world. Executive Search leverage a vast global network of talent to provide clients with a diverse and highly qualified pool of candidates, using a variety of tools, including assessment software and psychometric testing, evaluating the potential and performance of senior management teams.




This role will report to our Head of Executive Search – APAC and is based in Singapore. The ideal candidate is professional, motivated, organized and keen to work in a busy and growing team. The individual should be a team player, with strong interpersonal skills, a positive can-do attitude and be able to communicate well with both internal and external stakeholders.

Job Description

Main Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

  • Supporting on the research and identification of candidates for specific mandates, against a defined brief.
  • Utilizing different sourcing methods, including Linkedin, Google Search and internal referencing to ensure market coverage on complex search assignments.
  • Conduct screening calls with candidates, with support initially to determine fit against a defined brief.
  • Support the APAC business, and broader international search team where needed, across report writing, pitch deck creation, and business development pitch materials.
  • Work with clients to schedule any candidate interviews or candidate travel.
  • Arranging interviews for hiring managers and sending email confirmations/setting Teams calls.
  • General system, and candidate administration.
  • Diary Management for the team where necessary.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Ideally brings 3 years’ of experience in a research-led environment
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple different projects and priorities with the ability to pivot where necessary.
  • Curious and interested in the world of media and entertainment with a willingness to learn and continue to grow outside of defined job description.
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • A keenness to develop a career within Executive Search/ Recruitment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretely handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Ability to interact with senior level executives, bringing a professional and presentable approach and manner.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Needs to be a team player who is approachable and supportive; able to contribute ideas and recommendations.
  • Excellent MS word skills including PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
  • Chinese language proficiency will be an advantage.
