Keystone Mental Health Services is currently seeking a Program Coordinator to join our team in making a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors and the community.

The Work:

  • Provide quality supports to adults with mental illness in a residential home
  • Act as a role model and mentor to staff and assist the Program Supervisor to monitor aspects of program operations as needed
  • Assist individuals to become more independent, allowing each person in our services to take a lead role in their own rehabilitation process
  • Provide personal care, administer medications, and mentor individuals following their treatment and support plans
  • Assist with cooking, cleaning, and other household responsibilities.
  • Plan meaningful recreational activities and take individuals into the community and to appointments as needed
  • Complete daily documentation as required
  • Participate in on-call coverage as scheduled

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-6 months experience working in human services or related field
  • 21 years of age or older
  • Ability to learn and apply proficient computer skills, including the use of software and web based system
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to read, interpret and apply policies and regulations
  • Ability to obtain Program Administrator certification within 6 months of hire
  • Valid driver's license and daily access to a properly insured vehicle
  • Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including motor vehicle record and criminal background checks
