The person would support FP&A activities for our Corporate Overheads function as a key member of the Finance COE team. It would be reporting to the Manager, Corporate FP&A and you will partner closely with finance colleagues and business leaders to deliver accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis, and decision support that moves our business forward. This role offers exposure to senior leadership, core planning processes, and ongoing FP&A transformation initiatives.
What You’ll do
Support the development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and quarterly forecasts for corporate overheads and track key cost drivers
Maintain and update forecast systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely submissions
Track headcount movements and analyze variances versus plan and latest forecast
Support the monthly close and results process by ensuring required entries are booked and reviewed
Prepare variance analysis comparing actuals to AOP and forecast, with clear explanations
Develop management-ready presentations and commentary for finance and business reviews
Surface financial findings and practical insights, helping translate data into clear business understanding
Support ad-hoc financial analysis and requests as required
Maintain high standards of ownership, accuracy, and timeliness in all deliverables
Contribute to FP&A transformation initiatives, including process standardization, simplification, and automation
Support tracking and reporting of cost transformation and efficiency initiatives
Continuously identify opportunities to improve reporting, forecasting, and planning processes
What We're looking for
CA or MBA with 5-7 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, and business partnering roles
Strong financial, analytical, and quantitative skills with attention to detail
Ability to tell a clear story behind the numbers and communicate insights effectively
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with a solid understanding of finance and accounting principles
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with finance tools/systems such as OneStream, NetSuite, Power BI, or similar is beneficial
A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and curiosity to understand the business beyond the numbers
Willingness to improve processes and embrace automation and ability to balance accuracy with pace in a deadline-driven environment
