About the Role 

 

Are you ready to lead and innovate in the pharmaceutical industry? At GSK New Zealand, we're looking for a dynamic Senior Brand Manager (SBM) to spearhead the marketing efforts for one of our key Haematology products. This is your opportunity to drive long-term business growth and make a significant impact. 

 

Your role will be varied and will include: 

 

  • Successfully launching and marketing GSK’s Haematology product to drive long-term growth. 

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive, multi-channel marketing plan aligned with brand strategy. 

  • Leading a cross-functional team to execute the business strategy with excellence. 

  • Creating valuable digital content for HCPs using data-driven insights. 

  • Collaborating with Medical on KOL engagement and educational initiatives. 

 

About you 

 

To be successful in the role, you will need a strong background in omni-channel marketing and digital campaigns, combined with pharmaceutical industry knowledge and a customer-focused approach. You will be adept at achieving targets, building relationships, and executing strategies to perfection. Ideally, you will have experience within Haematology or Oncology. 

 

You'll also: 

 

  • Hold a tertiary qualification in Business or Science (preferred). 

  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. 

  • Possess strong business acumen and analytical skills. 

  • Be knowledgeable about the pharmaceutical industry, including competitors and market trends.
