Design and implement enterprise-wide, skills-based talent and performance strategies, including enablement strategies for a MED High Performance Culture, aligned with business objectives and ZEISS values.

Leadership Enablement:
Design and conduct high-impact training and workshops for MED HR teams and leaders. Advise and support leaders in aligning HR initiatives with strategic business goals.
Compensation & Recognition:
Oversee the design and governance of innovative, skills-based compensation and recognition programs.
Advanced degree in HR, Business, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
Executive coaching, change management, or HR analytics certifications.
Experience in global, matrixed, or technology-driven organizations.
Expertise in data privacy, ethics, and responsible AI in HR.
Extensive experience in senior HR, talent management, or organizational development roles.
Proven track record in leading enterprise-wide transformation and culture change.
Deep expertise in skills-based talent management, AI-enabled HR, and people analytics.
Strong business acumen and ability to translate strategy into actionable HR initiatives.
Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills at executive level.
Demonstrated ability to drive measurable business outcomes through HR.
High learning agility, innovation mindset, and resilience in complex, fast-changing environments.
