We are seeking a passionate and innovative Mid-Level Gen AI Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and optimizing Generative AI solutions, primarily focusing on Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) operations over vast document sets. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, contribute to impactful use cases, and shape the future of our AI initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize data extraction pipelines for diverse document types, employingvarious chunking strategies.
• Implement and fine-tune OCR solutions, utilizing tools like Docling, for accurate data ingestionfrom unstructured content.
• Iterate on and optimize chunking strategies, indexing techniques, and retrieval mechanisms forRAG systems.
• Conduct prompt engineering and tuning to enhance the performance and relevance of Gen AImodels.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of agentic AI systems, leveraging various designpatterns for Gen AI.
• Rapidly prototype and develop innovative Gen AI solutions, demonstrating an intuitiveapproach to problem-solving.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them intorobust Gen AI architectures.
• Actively participate in code reviews, ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Generative AI or related fields.
• Proficiency in Python is essential, as all development is conducted in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Google ADK for Gen AI development.
• Demonstrated expertise in implementing and optimizing Retrieval Augmented Generation(RAG) systems.
• Experience with data extraction from diverse documents, including various chunking strategies.
• Familiarity with OCR technologies and tools (e.g., Docling) for processing unstructured data.
• Proven ability in prompt engineering and tuning for large language models.
• Understanding of agentic AI concepts and design patterns.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an intuitive approach to figuring out implementation strategies.
• Ability to rapidly prototype and design effective solutions.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

• Familiarity with observability stacks such as Phoenix, Langfuse, or similar technologies.
