Your responsibilities

As an Intern in the Global Insights & Analytics Team, you will support global performance management and reporting processes, gaining hands-on experience with data analytics and visualization tools. You will:

• Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across various business areas

• Support the KPI scorecard publication process, ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting cycles

• Collaborate with the Performance Management Team to collect and analyze performance data, monitor KPIs, and prepare reports and insights

• Help identify improvement opportunities through data analysis and root cause investigation

• Contribute to tracking and documenting action plans and performance initiatives

• Work closely with experienced analysts and learn how data supports global business performance

Our requirements

• Ongoing or completed degree in Business, IT, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field

• Interest in data analytics and visualization tools (Power BI experience would be an asset)

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

• Proactive approach, willingness to learn, and team spirit

• Fluency in English (both written and spoken); additional language will be an advantage
