The IDM 2.0 Acceleration Office (IAO) Trade group is seeking a dynamic Business Analyst with expertise in International Trade and SAP S4/GTS. This temporary position is for one-year in duration and will play a crucial role in supporting the transition to new systems, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and minimizing legal, financial, and operational risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct change impact assessments and maintain detailed documentation.
  • Complete end-user and stakeholder segmentation analysis.
  • Document business processes and map workflows using diagrams and flowcharts.
  • Lead awareness, training, and adoption events with users and stakeholders.
  • Develop plans for program deliverables and manage execution to plan.
  • Participate in testing, defect identification, and issue resolution.

Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Advanced English

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in international trade, business, management information systems, or a related field of study.

  • 3+ years of experience in most or all of the following:

    • International Trade experience as a business analyst or project manager.

    • Change Management methodologies

    • SAP S4 and Global Trade

    • Microsoft Suite of tools - Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Copilot

    • Project Management methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of:

    • Experience with designing and deploying solutions for Global Trade in the semiconductor industry

    • Experience with creating business process diagrams using BIC and Visio

    • Formal trade compliance certifications such as certified Customs Broker
