We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our growing HR team!

The HR Generalist will play a pivotal role in supporting our employees and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate possesses strong customer service skills and an ability to interface with employees at all levels. They are well organized, have a high level of attention to detail, and enjoy rolling up their sleeves in a tight-knit and fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, programs and processes; submit employee help tickets as needed
  • Maintain employee personnel records and process transactional information such as pay, department, manager and title changes according to standard operating procedures
  • Assist with writing and sending manager and employee-facing communications
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to develop effective recruiting strategies
  • Ensure onboarding and offboarding processes run seamlessly
  • Conduct new hire check-ins and exit interviews
  • Partner with the Benefits department on leave management
  • Pull HRIS reports to analyze and update relevant data
  • Partner with the HR Operations and other internal teams on projects
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of related HR experience
  • Knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment and employee relations
  • Understanding of HR regulations and policy administration
  • Strong client-service focus, responsiveness and ability to build and manage relationships across different levels and functions
  • Proficiency in notetaking and ability to help with delicate performance management and employee relation situations
  • Some experience with HR systems, such as Workday is a plus
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects; leverage strong time management and organizational skills
  • High degree of personal integrity and maturity including the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
