As a Senior BD Planning Executive, you will play a key role in developing strategic commercial solutions that drive business growth. You will transform client briefs into compelling proposals, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and create innovative strategies across affiliate marketing, e-commerce, livestream, content, and social commerce to deliver impactful results for clients.
What You Will Do
Develop commercial plans and business solutions for new client briefs across various services, including
Affiliate Marketing
E-commerce
Livestream Commerce
Content Commerce
Other Social Commerce solutions
Analyze client objectives, market trend and propose strategic approaches that align with business goals.
Build compelling and well-structured client proposals with clear storytelling and commercial rationale.
Collaborate with internal teams (Affiliate, Livestream, Content, Creator, Operations, etc.) to ensure proposals are practical and executable.
Keep up to date with TikTok trends, e-commerce developments, and emerging social commerce opportunities to continuously improve solution offerings.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s Degree is required
2–5 years of experience in E-commerce, E-commerce Planning, Business Planning.
Solid understanding of the TikTok ecosystem, especially: TikTok Shop, Affiliate Marketing, Livestream Commerce, Content Commerce.
Strong planning and strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop commercial solutions for clients.
Experience in creating professional client proposals and presentation decks.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in content planning and content strategy is preferred.
Familiarity with content angles, content pillars, and content houses is a plus.
Experience working with creators/KOL campaigns is preferred.
Knowledge of social media trends and TikTok best practices is an advantage.
