Introduction to the job

Support China Communications’ daily work, including external and internal comms.

Role and responsibilities

• Support in event organization, both online and offline activities, e.g. All Employee Meeting, China Leadership Meeting, Annual Dinner, etc.
• Prepare the materials for ASML China internal communications: draft content, design mailing, translation from English to Chinese and vice versa.
• ASML leaders’ video shooting and production support.
• Desk research under given topics.
• Participate in daily communications and support communications administration.
• Other jobs assigned by line manager

Education and experience

• Year 3/4 undergraduate student and postgraduate student.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English, excellent in translation and writing.

Skills

• Experienced in Microsoft Office software, e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and etc.
• Layout design, photography and video editing is preferred.
• Proficiency in using AI tools is a strong plus.

Other information

Internship will be more than 6 months. Available least 3 days a week.
