The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Technical Product Analyst to join our cutting-edge R&D team. You will interface with the Customer and PMO and be instrumental in driving agile transformation and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative solutions in the field of Signals Intelligence (SIGINT).
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary facilitator, ensuring the adoption and adherence to agile principles and practices.
Work closely with the Program Manager, Program Engineer, and Customer to ensure alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations.
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinements, reviews, and retrospectives to drive team collaboration and continuous improvement.
Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the team’s progress, ensuring smooth workflow and timely delivery of project milestones.
Monitor and report on project metrics, such as velocity, burn-down charts, and other KPIs, to provide insights into team performance and project health.
Brief the program manager on risks and develop action plans to address these matters.
Present agile metrics to program leadership during regular reviews.
Develop, implement, and monitor improvement initiatives tailored to the agile environment.
Qualifications:
Required:
BA/BS or equivalent experience
5 or more years of experience as a scrum master, people or task management, product owner or lead role.
Defense Contracting or Military experience
Possesses Scrum Master certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Scaled Agile SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent.
Proven experience in Agile Project Management methodologies.
Experience with Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Confluence.
Willing to work onsite in Austin, TX
Willing and Able to obtain DOD TS/SCI clearance.
Desired:
Background in Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), including experience with SIGINT processes, technologies, and methodologies.
Product Owner certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Scaled Agile SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or equivalent.
PMP certification.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
