The Post Sales – Service Leader oversees Service Execution, Field Engineering, and Closure (COT) activities across the post-energization lifecycle. The role ensures the successful delivery of services, warranty management, and project closeout while maintaining SQDC standards. It owns key business metrics such as Cash, Sales, PMR, risk, CoPQ, claims, and variation orders. The position drives growth by identifying new service and maintenance opportunities and supporting contract renewals. Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop project and service teams, providing direction, coaching, and performance management to ensure successful execution.
- Own the project closeout strategy, managing the transition from provisional to final acceptance while securing contractual, financial, and cash milestones.
- Drive customer satisfaction and NPS improvement through effective post-sales engagement and the creation of an integrated post-sales organization.
- Optimize Field Engineer utilization, productivity, billability, and resource allocation across the region.
- Ensure profitability, cash performance, and operational excellence through strong SQDC governance and rigorous project reviews.
- Oversee the execution of service projects and Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSAs), ensuring delivery meets contractual, quality, schedule, and cost requirements.
- Identify lifecycle growth opportunities, including maintenance, upgrades, spare parts, and service expansions, while building strong customer partnerships and supporting business development.
Required Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Previous experience in project execution and/or service operations, with proven exposure to customer-facing roles across the Latin America (LATAM) region.
- Demonstrated experience working directly with LATAM customers and managing regional stakeholder relationships.
- Advanced English proficiency required; Spanish is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Primavera (mandatory), including project planning, scheduling, and execution management.
