Job Overview

Act as a strategic advisor and partner to business leaders, providing expert HR guidance and driving initiatives that align with organizational goals. Lead and support the development and execution of HR programs across assigned geographies or business lines. Champion organizational effectiveness, talent strategies, and change management efforts. Collaborate with senior leadership to influence business decisions through data-driven HR insights and proactive workforce planning.

Emphasis is placed on strategic business support, project leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.

Essential Functions

  • Establish trusted relationships with senior business leaders to understand strategic priorities and translate them into HR initiatives.

  • Lead cross-functional HR projects and initiatives that drive business transformation, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement.

  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, L&D) to deliver integrated HR solutions.

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior HR team members, fostering capability development and knowledge sharing.

  • Serve as a change agent in organizational design, workforce planning, and cultural transformation efforts.

  • Ensure compliance with local and global employment legislation, and proactively manage risk in partnership with Legal and Compliance teams.

  • Utilize data and analytics to identify trends, diagnose issues, and recommend solutions that improve business performance.

  • Support and coach leaders on performance management, talent development, succession planning, and employee relations.

  • Drive strategic workforce planning and talent initiatives to ensure the business has the right capabilities to meet future demands.

  • Collaborate with senior HR leaders on M&A activities, reorganizations, and other complex change management efforts.

  • Represent HR in leadership forums, contributing to business strategy discussions and decision-making.

  • Manage escalated HR queries and complex employee relations cases with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including business partnering and project leadership roles.

  • Proven experience supporting senior leaders and driving strategic HR initiatives in a matrixed, global organization.

  • Deep knowledge of local and international employment legislation.

  • Strong coaching, consulting, and influencing skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making capabilities.

  • Advanced presentation and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP).

  • High level of discretion, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence.

  • Ability to lead complex projects and manage multiple stakeholders.

  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD Level 7) preferred.

This position in a hybrid role, requiring working at the office in CABA region.
