Job Summary

This role allows you to build out our Executive Briefing Center (EBC) programs and tactics. We are seeking an experienced project manager and a leader-doer to design and deliver "best-in-class" executive experiences that drive business outcomes and deep relationships between Comcast Business and our customers.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop a framework for identifying and prioritizing EBC experiences that resonate with our Enterprise customers.
  • Design a seamless customer journey for EBCs, encompassing pre-event, during-event, and post-event touch.
  • Forge strong relationships with our executive team, sales leaders, ABM team, product leaders, and strategic partners, ensuring their ideas are woven into the EBC experience.
  • Create engaging bespoke agendas, knowing when to leverage key stakeholders to provide content, email templates, and account briefs for impactful meetings to grow revenue.
  • Manage internal communications with stakeholders including sales, marketing, product, and customer success.
  • Oversee multiple EBC locations, including venue selection, product management, and budget tracking. You'll own the EBC request process and scheduling for top accounts.
  • Establish goals and metrics to ensure EBCs deliver a strong ROI. Partner with the Marketing analytics team to build monthly, quarterly, and annual report
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, technology integration, and best practices to make our EBC programs even more impactful.
