Job Duties
- Build and lead a world class software development team
- Identify the need for resources; work with India Recruiter to fill the positions as appropriate
- Conduct QPCIs for Software Dev team, ensuring that each member has appropriate measures and targets in pace, to deliver projects on time, according to Pinnacle expectations
- Manage all the activities of the India software development group, including schedules, attendance, work product, quality, efficiency any all other aspects relating to team management
- Provide day to day guidance to team members to encourage work productivity and quality
- Ensures the timeline is followed by the software development team, in line with the US team (leadership)
- Participates in any product design sessions
- Monitors, evaluates and ensures the completion of all tasks and projects
- Monitors the status of developing software
- Analyze software requirements
- Ensure that team is focused on quality and contributing to the long term maintainability of the software
- Work closely with US Development, DevOps and QA team to understand the business demands and ensure that message is translated appropriately to the India team
Accountabilities/Results/Success for this role
- Ensure that products are developed on time, with Pinnacle standard quality and within cost utilizing the Software Development best practices set out by leadership

Required Qualifications/Skills/Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in software or computer engineering
- 10+ years experience working in a technology team with progressive growth
- 3+ years leading a team; accountable for the success of the team
- Strong knowledge of Azure and Azure DevOps
- Advanced knowledge of Agile Scrum
- Enterprise software lifecycle experience
- Exceptional and proven leadership and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications/Software knowledge
- Enterprise SaaS Development
- Certified Scrum Master PSM1
