As a Director of Market Operations & Growth, you will have the autonomy and support to drive growth, build your team, and make key decisions that directly impact patient care and business performance.

Leadership experience in home care, healthcare, or service-based operations
Strong business acumen and decision-making ability
Experience managing teams and driving performance

What You’ll Own: As a Director of Market Operations & Growth, you’ll operate as a market leader and business builder, responsible for:
Market Growth & Business Development:
Drive growth in your local market by building referral relationships and expanding service lines
Identify opportunities to increase client volume and market share
Partner with sales and clinical teams to grow your branch
Hiring & Team Building
Lead all hiring decisions for caregivers and office staff
Build a strong, reliable, and compassionate care team
Partner with Talent Acquisition to scale your workforce based on demand
Operational & Financial Ownership
Help determine pay rates, staffing models, and scheduling strategies
Manage branch performance including hours, utilization, and productivity
Make decisions that balance growth, quality, and financial outcomes
Care Delivery & Client Experience
Ensure high-quality care delivery and client satisfaction
Oversee scheduling, staffing, and service coordination
Maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners
Leadership & Performance
• Set expectations and hold your team accountable to results
• Develop and coach leaders within your branch
• Drive a culture of performance, ownership, and teamwork
