Job Description:
The Director of Medicare Advantage Product Development is responsible for the strategic design, development, and lifecycle management of Medicare Advantage (MA) products. This role leads cross-functional collaboration to ensure products are financially viable and sustainable, competitive, compliant, and aligned with organizational objectives. The Director plays a critical role in shaping benefit design, pricing strategy, regulatory submissions, and ongoing product optimization.The role is hybrid and will require travel to areas where Select Health conducts business. Currently, we are not hiring remote workers in the following states: CA, CT, HI, IL, NY, RI, VT, and WA. Please note that a video interview through Microsoft Teams will be required as well as onsite interviews and meetings.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, public health, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
8–10+ years of experience in Medicare Advantage product development, product management, or related roles
Demonstrated experience leading MA bid development and product strategy
Experience working within a health plan, managed care organization, or payer environment
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing Medicare Advantage product
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, MPH, or equivalent)
Experience with Special Needs Plans (DSNP, CSNP, ISNP)
Experience in value-based care models and provider partnerships including former experience with provider engagement models and incentives
