We’re looking for a Senior Creative Strategist to join Snap Inc! As a Senior Creative Strategist, you’ll become a key player in driving the creative ambition of the business and you will be a creative catalyst with the ability to unlock revenue through ideas. Day-to-day, you’ll work with the Snapchat Sales team, key brand partners, and their agencies to create and implement best-in-class creative advertising campaigns on Snapchat.
What you’ll do:
Develop ideas, strategies, initiatives, and associated presentation materials to address the marketing goals of top advertising clients through creative strategies and solutions on Snapchat
Communicate and build strong relationships with senior partners across top clients and their agencies to understand their business goals
Influence, educate and inspire clients and agencies to think differently about Snapchat through presentations and pitches
Discuss and provide feedback on campaign design
Work closely with the Sales team to develop and implement long-term creative strategy and partnership strategy against client’s and Snap’s business objectives
Build strong relationships with account executives, sales leads, and sales managers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help drive new scalable client solutions
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and clients while maintaining strict attention to details
Understanding of mobile marketing and how to build strategies for social platforms
Experience building innovative creative experiences and developing impact-driving strategies
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in english, marketing, communications, business management, or related area of study or equivalent years of experience
5+ years of experience in creative strategy, marketing or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
Track record of developing outstanding creative applied in digital and offline mediums
Excellent presentation and communications skills
Ability to command a room and succinctly articulate thought-leading advertising solutions
Proven track record for managing multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to details
Experience working in Google suite of products (Google Slides, Sheets, Docs, etc.), Adobe suite, and Keynote

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
The base salary range for this position is $114,000-$171,000 annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
