Compensation Program Manager


The Caregiver Office aligns all aspects of caregiver experience and engagement for all Cleveland Clinic’s caregivers around the world. It is the single place for resources and support that every caregiver needs to learn, grow, and thrive at Cleveland Clinic.  


As a Compensation Consultant, you will lead moderate to complex compensation initiatives related to job evaluation, internal equity and market reviews, survey participation and overall analysis to provide consistent and equitable pay programs for employees and to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while maintaining market competitiveness with relevant labor markets. 


A caregiver in this position works 8:00am—5:00pm. 

The position is open to candidates who reside in Florida or Ohio!


A caregiver who excels in this role will:  

  • Develop, implement, manage, and maintain operational systems and activities. 

  • Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community. 

  • Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines. 

  • Allocate time to meet completion requirements. 

  • Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department. 

  • Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures. 


Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration or a related field. 

  • Three years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training. 

  • OR Associate’s degree and five years of experience.  

  • OR Master’s degree and two years of experience. 

 
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

  • Strong project management skillset

  • Data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare

  • Workday experience is highly desirable

  • Human Resources or Compensation experience, especially with larger matrixed organizations.

  • Microsoft Excel Skillset (Advanced user)
