Job Description

What is the opportunity?

As an Operations Representative, you will be responsible for opening the Center daily at 6:00 AM. Preparing of client, and branch cash orders for deliveries while adhering to custody policies, with strong attention to detail in a high-volume capacity. Completing additional administrative tasks. This role is not sales oriented.

**Please note: Operational Hours for this Centre are 6:00am - 5:00pm CST.

What will you do?

  • Responsible for opening the Center daily at 6:00am M-F
  • Process client and branch cash, foreign currency, and precious metals orders
  • Monitor, review, and respond to all incoming email messages in our shared generic email address for cash orders
  • First point of reference for discrepancies and client issues
  • Support management in daily operational issues
  • Delivers consistent service to ensure KPI/SLA for each department are met
  • Reporting, verification and documentation of work processes and outputs for completeness and accuracy and takes appropriate steps to correct as required
  • Actively participates in weekly service routines and seeks out learning opportunities to improve their individual contribution to the team’s results
  • Exercises due diligence in following operational risk policies, procedures, standards and guidelines, always adhering to custody and audit requirements
  • Takes initiative to participate and develop skills and capabilities through Development Plan activities and career planning discussions

What do you need to succeed?

Must Have

  • Reliability and strong punctuality
  • Ability to work on tight timelines and high volumes of work in production environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Team oriented mindset
  • Cash handling experience
  • Experience with computer software (ie. Microsoft, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
