The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the pre-employment process for new hires at Solar Turbines, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and compliance with company and regulatory requirements. This role is responsible for managing background checks, drug screenings, employment verifications, and onboarding documentation. The coordinator works closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and external vendors to track progress, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential for success.

Responsibilities
•    Assisting the Talent Acquisition team in the maintenance of all pre-hire employee personnel files and records ensuring timely and accurate data entry for applicant tracking and audits.
•    Creating and distributing employment-related correspondence, including interview scheduling, applications, forms, offer letters, travel reimbursement and orientation materials; initiating and monitoring background screening and medical processes.

Prior Human Resources related experience
Working knowledge of Work Day preferred

Degree Requirement
Degree or equivalent experience desired

Advanced proficiency in English required
