The Opportunity!

The Personal Lines - Branch Manager is responsible for balancing the front-line client service needs across Personal lines of business inside the branch while focusing on customer service, efficiency, profitability, and employee satisfaction. The Personal Lines – Branch manager plays a key role in ensuring the branch is functioning professionally and efficiently. They will interact daily with clients and employees while providing quotes and processing new insurance policies. The Personal Lines – Branch Manager is proficient in promoting a superior company image while identifying client needs and educating clients about other available insurance products and promoting other value-added products.

What you will bring to the role –

• Minimum of 5 years in sales management, leadership, and employee engagement.
• Completion or working towards obtaining a CAIB or CIP designation is an asset.
• Extensive track record of achieving organic growth and facilitating change.
• Strong organizational and time management skills and along with a demonstrated attention to detail.
• Level 2 Insurance License is required.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple, competing projects under tight deadlines.
• Professional verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in windows-based computer systems.
