As Whiteline Express Ltd. Driver Recruiter, you apply your deep knowledge of truck driver recruiting best practices and the transportation industry to attract and hire top driver talent to Whiteline Express.  You are a brand ambassador, showcasing the many benefits Whiteline Express has to offer to the driver talent pool, including our strong commitment to safety.

You Will

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive driver sourcing strategy, leveraging a variety of channels and mediums
  • Execute effective sourcing techniques to find and attract truck driver candidates
  • Cultivate strong relationships with associations and training programs
  • Screen candidates to ensure candidate fit and DOT compliance
  • Manage the hiring process, assuring positive candidate and manager experience
  • Use all systems and platforms to efficiently facilitate the process and capture key data
  • Collaborate with the team to evaluate and improve recruiting procedures

You Have

  • Ability to commute to our headquarters located in Plymouth, Michigan. This is an on-site position.
  • ​A minimum of two (2) years of successful driver recruiting experience
  • A solid track record of screening and qualifying candidates for driver positions
  • Proven success cultivating robust driver candidate pools through a wide variety of channels and mediums
  • Expert knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance practices
  • Proficiency with recruitment technologies and social platforms
  • The attributes for success, which include operating with a high sense of urgency, a collaborative work style, continuous improvement mindset & tenacity to achieve goals
