What you'll do
As a Supply Chain Delivery Manager, you’ll be leading a team and managing ‘in life’ supply chain and TPRM processes and solutions across the organisation. You’ll do so in accordance with the frameworks and risk standards to support business areas in effectively identifying and remediating their external outsourcing (EO) risks. You’ll also be managing our bank wide ServiceNow powered customer helpdesk, which is the front door into both TPRM and Supply Chain.
In addition, you’ll be:
- Delivering proactive plans and prioritising all available resources to ensure the efficient delivery and management of processes in line with SLA and to the necessary quality
- Drive the development and simplification of processes and procedures aligned with the framework and relevant legal or regulatory requirements
- Leading and building strong networks across the industry and other external organisations, including competitors, and developing deep insights and analysis that can be brought back into the organisation
- Building and maintaining strong relationships across the India Hub, franchise and functions, three lines of defence, and Supply Chain and be recognised for delivering excellent service
- Developing and maintaining MI dashboards that can be utilised by the franchise and functions and accountable executives to identify, manage, and remediate their EO risks
The skills you'll need
To be successful in this role, you’ll need a background of working in outsourcing, ideally within a bank. You’ll have knowledge of our TPRM framework and processes, and experience of managing a global team that’s focussed on excellence and driving continuous improvements.
You’ll also need:
- At least three years of working experience of managing large operational team
- Experience of producing operational and risk MI and reporting
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- An understanding of the latest industry TPRM and functional developments and trends
- Experience of collaborating and influencing executives
