The Clinical Associate delivers high‑quality education, training, and go‑live support for communication solutions within clinical environments. This role partners closely with cross‑functional teams, including Customer Excellence, Product, Sales, and Customer Success, to ensure end‑users, clinical leaders, and administrators gain the competency, confidence, and adoption needed to maximize product value and operational excellence.
What you will do:
Conduct end‑user training, instructor‑led sessions, and customer‑specific education programs focused on communication products and workflows within acute care and other clinical environments
Partner with cross‑functional teams to support product rollouts, adoption strategies, and go-live activities, ensuring smooth onboarding and optimal use of communication solutions
Identify user trends, workflow gaps, and training opportunities
Promote best practices
Maintain current knowledge of product capabilities and healthcare communication and education trends to support effective training strategies and customer guidance
What you need:
Required:
Bachelors in a health care discipline (Masters preferred)
Current licensure or certification required in healthcare (RN, RRT, PT/OT, CPhT)
Travel up to 90% for onsite training, go‑live support, and customer engagements which may include nights and weekends
Preferred
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
Clinical consultative experience in a traveling role a plus
Hands on experience training in a clinical environment preferred
Desired proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, OneNote, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
$69,500 - $110,900 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
