The Partner Development Intern will work closely with senior team members to support partnership initiatives and drive business growth. This role provides valuable experience in research, outreach, relationship building, administrative support, market analysis, and performance monitoring within the context of partnership development.

Your responsibility:

Research and Outreach:

  • Assist in identifying potential partners within the industry.
  • Conduct outreach to initiate contact with potential partners.
  • Support the development of partnership proposals and presentations.

Relationship Building:

  • Cultivate relationships with partners and key stakeholders.
  • Provide support as needed to foster strong, collaborative partnerships.
  • Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment of objectives.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative assistance to the Partner Development team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining partner databases.
  • Ensure that all partnership-related documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Support the Partner Development team in tools management (including but not limited to SuperUser and Salesforce).

Market Analysis:

  • Conduct research on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify potential partnership opportunities.
  • Assist in analyzing data and preparing reports to inform strategic decision-making.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Support the tracking and analysis of key performance metrics related to partnership activities.
  • Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of partnership initiatives and identifying areas for improvement.
     

Ad-Hoc Projects:

Assist with other projects and tasks as needed on an ad-hoc basis.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
