The Project Manager will provide essential support and management for various projects within a global standardization program led by the procurement organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in project management and experience in standardization methodologies such as Design to Value, Lean, Six Sigma, and Total Quality Management (TQM).
Support the execution of projects within the global standardization program, ensuring alignment with program goals and objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments, including engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and commissioning, to identify and implement standardization opportunities within assigned projects.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets for assigned projects, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
Facilitate communication and coordination among global teams to ensure consistent application of standardization practices within projects.
Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to program management and stakeholders.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the successful delivery of project objectives.
Promote the adoption of standardization methodologies, such as Design to Value, Lean, Six Sigma, and Total Quality Management (TQM), within the scope of assigned projects.
Proven experience in project management, preferably in a global or multi-national environment.
Strong understanding of standardization methodologies, with experience in Design to Value, Lean, Six Sigma, and Total Quality Management (TQM) being highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, with a track record of delivering results on time and within budget.
Experience in the technology sector, with knowledge of engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and commissioning processes.
Solid knowledge in project management tools and software.
