Responsibilities:
Meet monthly with teams to review their non-labor assets to ensure they are on target for their spend and timing of deployments. Ensure all paperwork has been submitted by teams.
Monitor and manage monthly spend files, adding key data points for review with teams.
Maintain details of all non-labor projects in a single location.
Work closely with Lead Resource Manager to ensure forecasts are aligned with current staffing and managed resource needs.
Responsible for PPM management including set up/administration and financial project management.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in technical area or equivalent experience
2-3 years in financial/technology forecasting
Ability to facilitate collaborative discussions regarding financial reporting with leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
2 – 3 years of experience in financial management including technology forecasting
Advanced to expert level Microsoft Excel skills including proficiency with analysis techniques such as pivot tables and vlookup functions required.
Strong ability to communicate both verbally and written in English with diverse audiences.
Ability to think through and attend to all of the critical details to maintain Project Online with current status information, to audit and maintain actual spend to align with reporting.
