Responsibilities:

  • Meet monthly with teams to review their non-labor assets to ensure they are on target for their spend and timing of deploymentsEnsure all paperwork has been submitted by teams. 

  • Monitor and manage monthly spend files, adding key data points for review with teams. 

  • Maintain details of all non-labor projects in a single location. 

  • Work closely with Lead Resource Manager to ensure forecasts are aligned with current staffing and managed resource needs. 

  • Responsible for PPM management including set up/administration and financial project management. 

  • Other duties as assigned. 

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in technical area or equivalent experience 

  • 2-3 years in financial/technology forecasting 

  • Ability to facilitate collaborative discussions regarding financial reporting with leadership. 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 – 3 years of experience in financial management including technology forecasting  

  • Advanced to expert level Microsoft Excel skills including proficiency with analysis techniques such as pivot tables and vlookup functions required. 

  • Strong ability to communicate both verbally and written in English with diverse audiences. 

  • Ability to think through and attend to all of the critical details to maintain Project Online with current status information, to audit and maintain actual spend to align with reporting.
