Your Role: Campaign Executive (FTC)

Join Global as a Campaign Executive and be at the heart of our biggest, boldest media campaigns! You’ll manage dynamic projects, from on-air sponsorships to engaging podcasts, ensuring every element is flawlessly delivered. Collaborate with passionate teams, problem-solve creatively, and shape world-class advertising experiences. Key Responsibilities

  • Problem Solve (30%): Can we fix it? Yes we can! You’ll be part of a collaborative go-to team capable of identifying campaign issues and working to resolve them in a timely manner, keeping everyone informed along the way.
  • Project Management (70%): Lead the delivery of on-air sponsorships, competitions and podcast campaigns. You’ll manage timelines, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure every project is on brand, on time, and on point.

What Success Looks Like

In your first few months, you’ll have:

  • Developed a full understanding of our campaign planning/booking systems
  • An understanding of the delivery cycle of a campaign from planning & booking

to campaign delivery.

  • Worked with all internal teams to build relationships and gain an understanding of

their role & function

  • An understanding of Global’s wide range of products and inventory.
  • The ability to confidently take care of calls and emails from internal and external

customers.

What You’ll Need

  • Having the right can do attitude is everything and remaining cool under pressure is important – you are able to connect with and prioritise the needs of different things at any one time
  • Brilliant interpersonal skills so you hit every deadline every time and keep all the plates spinning as you go
  • Excellent at establishing relationships with a good network of internal contacts.
  • Capable of influencing others, making sure everyone plays their part
  • A standout colleague – happy to get stuck in and help with whatever is needed.
  • Great at spotting opportunities and doing something about them
  • Detailed in your approach – you have strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Be hardworking in the detail.
  • Ability to manage & prioritise your own workload, communicating pressures to your manager when required, and leaving detailed handover notes when required.
  • Professional systems user who isn’t afraid to learn new ones – ideally knowledgeable in Salesforce, Teams, Excel, Word, and Outlook, and other Global commercial systems if an internal applicant.
  • You’ll need a head for figures, especially spreadsheets and working from tables from time to time
